This policy explains how StopRentStartBuying.com and Larry Barkley of Team Barkley Real Estate, brokered by Legend Realty, collect and use information when you ask for home-buying guidance.
What we collect
We collect the contact details you submit—your first name, mobile phone number and email address—plus your answers about current rent, preferred North Alabama area and moving timeline. If you choose to answer the optional follow-up questions, we also collect your stated buying question and your own estimate of your credit range. This site does not run a credit check.
We also collect campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term; the referring page; the original landing-page URL; submission time; and limited technical data needed for security and abuse prevention, such as a one-way hash derived from the requesting network address.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your home-buying inquiry, understand what you are trying to accomplish, measure which outreach brought you to the site, protect the form from misuse, prevent duplicate submissions and maintain a recoverable record if email delivery is delayed.
Who receives it
Your information goes to Larry Barkley and may be handled by his real estate team for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. Hosting, database and email-delivery providers process information only as needed to operate this site and deliver the lead notification. We do not operate this page as a national lead-selling service, and we do not sell the information submitted through this funnel.

Security and retention
We use HTTPS, server-side validation, restricted database access, limited data collection and other reasonable safeguards. No system can promise absolute security. Lead records are retained only as reasonably needed to respond, keep business records, meet legal obligations and protect the service.
